Why Renewable Energy?
Renewable energy is the future—a cleaner, more secure energy source that

promote government initiatives such as the PM Surya Ghar Yojana and
PM-KUSUM schemes—recognized as among the best in the world for
residential and agricultural solar subsidies.
In partnership with LG Infrastructures, we also provide customized solar
solutions for commercial establishments, offering both financial and technical
support to help businesses transition to clean energy seamlessly.
The Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model is a solar energy model that involves a private party or consortium investing in, designing, constructing, operating, and transferring a solar energy system.
How it Works:
- You leverage your Unused Roof space , consumption and good rating
- Sky Solar will survey and propose the optimal capacity Solar plant that can be installed in your institution
- Sky Solar will invest for the Solar Plant
- Sky Solar will install the solar plant and maintain
- You will pay for the Electricity produced by the solar plant at a rate lower than the Distribution company tariff
And after 15 years, Sky Solar will transfer the solar plant free of cost, which will run for a minimum of 10 to 12 more years.
The proposed tariff for the existing billing is as follows, after the BOOT model MOU is signed.
The price on the existing APEPDCL bill is as below:
Per unit price is approx 10 INR ( excluding the demand charges)
Per unit price in the BOOT model is 7.5 INR, which saves nearly 25% per month.
Current BOOT model for MK GOLD COAST :
Plant would be maintained by Sky Solar ( which includes cleaning, Monitoring, and operations, replacements ) to ensure the best generation.
- 5 months advance needs to be paid to sky solar.
- All the charges associated with solar plant installation would be taken care of in advance and paid.
- The rest of the advance would be adjusted in the project as per tenure, i.e, at the end of the contract period.
Charges Information :
- Smart Meter charge : 150000 INR
- Application charge: 100000INR Approx
- CIG approvals : 50000
- Totals: 300000 INR ( Approx)
Advance to be paid now : 36000 units * 7.5 /- * 5 months =13,50,000
Approvals from the Association :
- Erection time would be 2 - 4 weeks approx , from the date of cheque.
- Agreement would be made from the association committee and work would be commenced.
- Cheque would be sent for clearing after the material is installed on the roof top .
Payments :
1. Payments need to be done via online mediums like UPI or an account transfer to our company account on or before the 15th of every month
2. If the Due date crosses the 15th, then a 2% interest on the outstanding bill would be charged and adjusted in the advance part.
3. In case two consecutive months’ payments are missed, then the third month would be considered as a notice period for the final month for plant operation, and the solar
plant would be removed from the premises, and no objections can be made for the above.
